dizziness with afib

I was diagnosed with Sick Sinus Rhytm in 1995 and have had a pacemaker since then--battery change about 5 years ago( have maybe a year left on this one).I am in almost continuous a-fib,and have been on Coumadin for two years.72 years old-very active, still work one or two nights a week, golf all summer.meds are
aaatenalol 25 in a.m. 50 at night.Digoxin 0.25,celexa 10 and Crestor 10,and the Warfarin.I take all the meds at bedtime.can a-fib be a cause of dizziness,or likely the meds.had a Pacemaker check a month ago-should i have another now. Thanks,Carolyn

thanks for your response, and you're probably right.I thought  later on that it might be a viral thing, but will probably call the doc.

I think its always safer then be sorry Carolyn and if it were me i would contact the doc no matter what the answer is to make them aware of what is going on.  And yes atrial fib can cause dizziness whether it is a severe case or not however you are on a beta blocker and it may be something so simple as the dosage is too high and needs to be adjusted but no matter what the heck it is you should call the doc and give them a heads up on the dizziness so that they can get you in and do a little look see with you.  There are lots of variables here w. your situation and really only your doc can give you the definate answer.  Like i always say why take a chance when a call only take five minutes?  Good luck w. this Carolyn and happy holidays.....................
