Echo is pretty much useless for being accurate with scar tissue analysis and the EF is an estimate and can be a way off. The nuclear test shows how much oxygen is getting to the muscle cells. Are you feeling any unusual symptoms?
The nuclear stress test can provide more detail than the echo, so you get more of a whole picture of the function of your heart. Also, the nuclear test may read slightly higher than the echo, but usually not as much as 45 versus 63%. Normal EF is 50-70%. While an echo is a very good test, the nuclear test is likely more accurate. That said, they may want to keep an eye on things to make sure nothing develops.
