high blood pressure on mild exertion

Since Dec. '07,  I get short of breath and my blood pressure will shoot up to 173/93 when I do something as simple as mopping the kitchen floor.   Does this sound like a heart problem????  I have had a nuclear stress test, a cardiac catherization, carotid dopplar and echocardiogram.  Doctors tell me my heart is okay.  Anyone know what could cause my normal blood pressure to shoot way up whenever I move around?

Although doctors are unsure why this exaggerated blood pressure response during exercise occurs in otherwise healthy individuals, some suggest that it may be an early sign of cardiovascular disease and a risk factor for persistent high blood pressure.
They found that abnormally high blood pressures in response to exercise among the participants were associated with a poorer ability of the blood vessels to expand. This, say the researchers, suggests that endothelial cells that line the inside of blood vessel walls fail to dilate enough to handle the extra blood flow in such people, indicating early artery disease.

It is recommended not to rely on one test and because there are variations through the day it would be appropriate to average the readings.  It is suggested to rely on the bp at rest to gather a fair representation of the blood pressure.
