hypertension why

I am healthy, not overweight but has always had high blood pressure even at 11 years old,I feel my heart racing
In the morning and it doesn't stop until I take my micardis for hypertension, I sometimes hear a swoosh and my heart
Feels like it's jumping a beat, I think I have a heart murmer that's never been heard as my brother has one too, when it take the pill the racing and heart jumping stops alot only sometimes, what would cause this in someone who is not overweight, they always say it's because your overweight but this isint the case with me,I feel like I was born with a small heart, im worried because no one has explained the reasoning of why some people have this,I would like a cardiologist or someone to answer because when I say I have to take my bp pill people often say your kindof young for that.I also had arrhythmia where it was skipping alot and was hooked up to some machine and given something to wear, I also had fluid around my heart for a while, once my blood pressure was over200 and at the hospital they put in iv in me to bring it down I told them my head hurts really bad I guess I could have had a stroke I was telling the doctor I can't see, and ever since then my eyesight has been affected now I need glasses and I hate having this problem because I don't know the root cause of my hypertension, any help would really be appreciated.

It appears as if the cause is the Western diet.  Had similar issues and then dropped all animal protein, dairy and oils and the BP normalized without medication.  It's related to endothelial dysfunction which is the gateway to hypertension and vascular disease.  No MEAT, DAIRY or OIL--It works! I can vouch for that.

One type of high blood pressure is hereditary; that is, it runs in families.  It is called 'Familial Hypertension.  One of my best friends was diagnosed with this in high school, and his daughter got the same diagnosis when she was a teenager, too.

Here's more information about this:

As you can see, blood pressure problems can be something people are just born with.  They have to take medication and practice healthy living to control the condition.

It sounds as though you need a lot more information about what is going on with your blood pressure.  Please ask your doctor to talk with you about this very important matter.
