Hypokinesis is an impairment to the heart wall movement and usually impedes the strength of heart's contractility and often lower than normal cardiac output is the consequences.

I had that condition about 7 year ago because a portion of my heart was not getting an adequate supply of oxygenated blood.  The underlying cause was blocked heart vessels.  If you have/had chronically high blood pressure, there may be some blocked vessels that are causing the wall movement impairment.

Hope this helps, and if you have any further questions you are welcome to respond. Take care.
