Ejection Fraction is a measurement of the amount of blood pumped out of the left ventrilce with each beat stated as a percentage with 50% - 75% being normal. People with a low EF% may experience shortness of breath, fatigue, dizziness and feeling lightheaded. Also, people with a low EF% may have a low tolerance to exercise.
