left anterior fascicular block

My latest ECG reports shows i have a left anterior fascicular block. But i dont feel pain in my heart or i dont have any other symtoms that a LAFB patient supposed to have. I also went through a stress test the result of which is perfectly ok. Do i really have any problem in my heart? If not why the ECG report always comes abnormal?

What if the LAFB was seen after the stress test was taken while resting?

In general, finding a LAFB  should bring a search for underlying heart disease. OFTEN NONE IS FOUND, in which case the LAFB can be ignored.

Conditons to be ruled out: LAFB may occur in cardiac disease and may occur in acute myocardial infarction.
LAFB may also be observed following acute inferior wall myocardial infarction
this is suggestive that LAFB is a result of disease of the left anterior descending artery.

Other associations of LAFB include:
hypertensive heart disease
aortic valve disease
cardiomyopathy
An EKG is not very reliable to diagnosis a medical condition.  Requires support from other tests, symptoms, etc.  A stress test can rule out many conditions associated with LAFB.
