low heart rate low bp post heart attack(mi 30days ago)

Hi
I recently suffered from heart attack
I actually felt better the next day
Doctor in ER said I had nstemi
It took them 3 hrs to find what actually wrong with me..
Troponin level was 10.19 and it started to drop.. echo results said I had considerable thining of arterial distal septum. Ef 50-55%
Did ct angiogram found I had two blocks in lad 70 at top and 90-100  at bottom end..
I refused to put stent as did not confirm its blood clots or hard plaque. .
Did angiogram after 2 weeks of medications. . All blocks are gone..echo said no damage to heart everything looked normal ef 65-70%

From the day I walked out of the hospital I am always feeling like I am drugged. . Figured it was the medications. .
I had two different statins seems I am not taking statins well..nightmare blurred vision dizziness. . No headache or Vomiting. .
I stopped taking crestor (statin).
Feeling little better..I could actually get proper sleep without getting up in middle of the night for no reason.
But still felt only 55% of myself. .
I stopped taking plavix.. well every other day now..
Today I did not take plavix..
The bp and heart rate was bit high..
Those days when I took crestor and plavix my bp was 100/50 and pluse rate 50-55
I am feeling 60% of myself today. . Just wondering if there is any other explanation for my symptoms. .or simply plavix and statins making me sick..
Btw I can cycle 5-6 km on excersie bike daily with out any symptoms like shortness of breath or headache or fainting. .
My heart rate does shoot up during cycling up to 135 something if cycle hard and fast..and drops down gradually ..
I am worried if my brain suffered any damage due to heart attacks or my heart is damaged so its beating slowly. .
Tmr going to see a new cardio.. I had to fly to my parents..
Hopefully the new cardio will listen and change the medications. .
I am hoping I could get off plavix  soon.. and control the chelotstrol by diet and natural remedies. .

Basically does plavix known to cause low pluse rate and low pressure, blurred vision dizziness. . in people..

Hi Dr. Anitha
Thank you for ur reply
Doc did approve stopping beta blockers and plavix
He still asking me to take aspirin and crestor (10mg)
Did ecg blood test and echocardiogram again..
He said everything seems to be normal no sign that I had an MI. Chelotstrol dropped to 156. Ldl around 106. Ef around 59% fs 30%. (Different readings from last echo. . Its above 55% so I am ok with it)
No sign of any damage. .
He adviced me "eat clean, don't smoke and excersie. Come again after 6 months".
I was referred to audio vestibular  doctor for my dizziness.
But fortunately  after I stopped taking plavix and crestor the symptoms reduced dramatically.
Doing a mri today as last test today.. so far all the vestibular test came out clean. Jst the mri left for head to check if I had any brain damage or not.

I have slowed down on my excersie, broken down the exercises to 10 min 3-5 min brakes 12-14km phase 3 reps.
I do sometimes feel little chest tight. But cardio said u are just thinking too much... just relax.
I do have  sensitivity to light now which is also reducing  day by day , and my bp varies a bit from laying down and standing.  Bp while resting 116/62 and while standing 105/63.

Strict diet and excersie. .rest is the plan of action now..
So far all the cardios I seen are very experienced 25 to 30 yrs of experience with them.. 3 of them said your test show nothing wrong with you..
I am hoping that dizziness goes away completely soon and mri results comes clean.. and just go on with life with Clean and health lifestyle. .

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hi, please do not stop your medications without consulting your doctor. The medications could be helping with maintaining the blood flow to the heart. The commonest side effect with  plavix is bleeding. Would advise you to limit your exercise schedule till your cardiologist approves of the same. Holter monitoring may help study your heart rhythm and will help to plan your therapy. Good luck & Regards.
