managing neurocardiogenic syncope

Im a guy, 15 years old, turning 16 in August, and ive had neurocardiogenic syncope for about a year, or thats at least when i found out about it. for that long ive been on medication and i havent had any problems. within a month of starting medication i was running 5 miles a day. i started working out and since than i havent stopped. my body fat is around 12% and ive added around 10-15 punds of muscle, so im in pretty good shape. im 6'0 and about 150 lbs. But lately my muscles have been really sore and even typing this is bothering my arm already. Ive also been feeling lethargic and just exhausted lately. ive been getting weaker for the past couple weeks. i feel just like i did last year. im starting to notice that i feel like ive been losing muscle too and its frustrating me so much! ive been sick for several days, so i thought maybe that could offset something, or something, i dont know. But thing is ive been getting increasingly worse for about 2 weeks. at least a week. is it possible that me being sick could offset something? because i do not want to go through all that again. someone pleeeeease give me some good news. oh and by the way thanks for taking time out and helping me.

i did talk to them about it. they said if im still like this after i get through my cold than theyll take me to the doctor. im just trying to get some insight before it gets to that. because i know alot of you have a lot of experience with heart problems or conditions. i worry alot, as you can see. i also have anxiety problems (shudve thrown that in earlier)

You need to talk to your parents about this, so they will know to take you to the doctor.  Sorry, but, under the circumstances, it does not seem appropriate for strangers on the internet to give you advice.  Please get adult help.  Right away.

You should consult with your doctor.  You may need a medication change or adjustment, and it is possible there a concomitant issue that should be treated.
