Mild regurgitation is not considered medically significant and should not be an issue going forward...Many individuals have lived a lifetime without any progression or symptoms and should not be considered an employment problem.

Mild pulmonary hypertension is the result of respiratory problems and the underlying cause can be the pulmonary artery that goes to the lungs or the lungs itself....usually due to blood clots or lung disease that presents a higher than normal resistance the right side of the heart pumps against. There is no cure but treatment for any symptoms can be effective. The goal of treatment is to control symptoms. It is important to treat medical disorders that cause pulmonary hypertension, such as lung conditions, and heart valve disorders.

Pre-hypertension refers to systemic blood pressure and normal is 120 systolic and 80 for diastolic. Pre-hypertension is no greater than 130/90, but most doctors now take the position that anything over 120/80 is high and no longer accept the opinion that 130/90 is not high blood pressure and should be treated.

Consult your doctor before attempting to treat yourself with over-the-counter medication.  And whether or not pregnancy is an issue with your health would be better understood by your doctor after taking into consideration your general health, medciaitons if any, other health issues, etc. Just based on the information provided there doesn't appear to be any serious medical problem that would limit you to any activities.

Thanks for your questions, and if you have any further questions or comments you are welcome to respond.  Take care.
