An EKG is not a very good source to determine chamber size, and the xray interpretation is a subjective opinion in regard to size...it may be normal for you!

An echocardiogram is a better source to determine chamber size and whether or not it is pathological.  If your doctor is not concerned,  there isn't a need to worry.  In additon, a slight enlargement is usually considered medically insignificant.
