should i get it checked

i had a heart attack in 2008 and in december 2010 i had an unstable angina attack after which my consultant sent me for an angiogram during the angiogram i was the 1 in 500 to suffer a cardiac arrest since then everytime i lie down to sleep my heart starts racing this last until i have been up and moving for 15 mins i then get a tightness in my chest its not painful just uncomfortable

You should get an EKG to rule out any serious heart arrhythmias.  I don't know the significance nor identify any etiology associated with lying down and arrhythymia although that is oftened an accurrence.

However, the following conditions should be ruled out and that includes valvular diseases such as aortic insufficiency or stenosis, atrial or ventricular septal defect, congestive heart failure, cardiomyopathy, and congenital heart disease.
