Just read your post, and I answered. Chest pain without other symptoms or signs is not very helpful in giving you useful information.
Could someone look at my post and give me feedback please

Hi Kenkeith,
I was checking your posts, and I really like them. I would also like you to advice me.
My mother who is 56 years old, got to know 15 years back that she has ASD, hole in her heart for which doctors referred her to Open heart surgery, which she never agreed due to her own fears. But she was moving fine, until 2 weeks back she had Angina attack and we got her Angiography done yesterday which revealed that her one of the artery is blocked over 90% near the beginning. Docs recommend her to go for Stent implant.
Now seeing her past history of ASD,and low platelets count. Would you recommend to go for it or not? Any risks involved in that?
You can write me at ***@**** also.
Waiting for your reply

Six years ago, I had a silent heart attack causing congested heart failure, and treatment was a stent in a 98% occlusion, and my LAD was completely blocked and 72% occlusion of the circumflex was not treated.
A drop in blood pressure can be the result of internal bleeding from a puncture of the vessel (that probably has been ruled out..but you never know!) A loss of blood volume drops the BP and that could also be caused by a heart attack...a low cardiac output will drop BP. Did you get a doctor's report? What did your hospital discharge information state?
The medication you should be on at least an ACE inhibitor, beta blocker to decrease your heart's workload and give it time to heal. Usually aspirin and plavix helps prevent any blood clots.
Your present condition indicates there may be something serious going on and you should see a doctor as soon as possible. I was in ICU for several days to get the correct oxygen level, etc. But I felt well when I left the hospital, and continue to feel well with medication.
You should find out if you had a heart attack that dropped your PB, and if so be properly treated. If your cardiac output is low, that would explain your current symptoms.
Take care, and feel free to ask any followup questions.
I had the same thing happen to me last september, I had 5 stents put into my LAD. My blood pressure dropped during recover and my heart rate went to over 220. I woke up 6 hours later and still haven't had a good explanation of what happened, even from the cardiologist. He simply says "you had a little faint". If you find out what happened to you, I would very much appreciate it if you could let me know.
It's fair to say that I felt very odd for about 3-4 weeks after the procedure. Even now if I eat something my body gets very hot and no matter how I try to fight it, I fall asleep. It's become a joke in the house now. Every dinner time, my Wife and kids say goodnight. You may feel some pinching down the left side of your chest too, that lasted about 3 weeks with me, along with strange twitching sensations inside. Are you on beta blockers? because these made me feel very weak and my cardiologist let me stop taking them. They keep your heart relaxed but unlike many cardiologists, he doesn't agree with them or like them. Plavix doesn't usually give any side effects, any effects are very rare. Your heart muscle needs a few months to totally recover because it has been damaged, but reversibly. Over time you should see a difference but not for about a month. The only difference you notice at first is the lack of chest pain which I hope is the case with you.
Gentle exercise is important too, it helps the heart muscle to recover. Walking and swimming are the best forms, but I would give it 3-4 weeks from the time of your stenting before starting. If you get any forms of chest pain, then please go to the hospital for tests. Is your blood pressure back to normal now?
