stint

my concern is femoral incision area.How long will it take to heal.Iwould like to play golf.I had the stint procedure a week ago

They usually put an angioseal against the artery which takes 90 days to dissolve. In all the angio procedures I've had, I have waited 2 weeks before any such kind of activity to be on the safe side and never had a problem.

I do not know how much effort you put in that area when you play golf, I guess that is quite asymmetric so you probably place different efforts on each of your groins... Anyway, I would say that if you do not have any pain there and you wait another week to be in the very safe side, you should not have problems.

Of course if you have a dr. who plays golf, ask him.
