valve replacement

if my brother didi not get the valve replacement tricuspid and repair mitral valve and right artery bypass, he is 60 years old, do you think he would be still alive today?

It really depends on all his other history and how severe the valvular disease was.  It is difficult to answer this question without more information.

If the mitral and tricuspid regurgitation became bad enough, then no. Right artery bypass, possibly, it depends on too many variables.
