Hello, I am currently 360 lbs and 26 years old. I was 428 before so i've lost a considerable amount of weight by doing 1 hour walks daily, and night exercises which consist of little 5 lb arm weights and a few aerobic exercises. Anyhoo,within past 2 weeks, I have recently started to up my exercise to 1 1/2 hour of walking early, and 30 min of walk/jogging at night w night exercises as well. The other day I jogged a little further than normal and had this SEVERE sharp pain in my chest. Now you should also know that since i've lost weight i've experienced LOTS of chest pain and nausea/lightheadedness/dizziness. I've had echo,stress and they say everything looks ok. I go to the er almost 2 time every months because of chest pain just not feelng like myself. Does anyone know what could be wrong or causin this? Why is this? normally losing weight is a really great feeling, but i just have these problems now. thanks
