Whats the problem here

So i came in the hospital with Very bad abdominal Pain.

I already Dx'd with SVT 3 months ago..

anyways. even 4-5 days before my hospital stay my resting rates were 75-90..
since being here now for 5 days EVEN after stopping my beta blockers..

my resting rates are 50-60 at all times. it is scaring me because i don't know why they are so low now..

Should I be Concerned?
I was told not to but its freaking me out..

I was so comfortable with regular rate of 75-90

and its Very arythmic ..
beat.....beat.....beat.....slight pause.. beat beat.....beat..
tried to STAY 60 ALL the time but misses or skips so it hits 55-62 occasionally.

I am on Steroids for inflimation but i dont think its related.

Im just concerned.

I think you are going to be fine if you can bet the anxiety somehow. One suggestion I've been given is "face your fears/anxieties".  If that is worry about brady following exercise, and you doctor approves exercise, go exercise.  Be sure to warm up and build up slowly, don't go immediately to your past best on your first day back to exercise.

well heres the update, guessing from what went on in the hospital, hemoglobin is normal now, inflimation is down from steroids, and antibiotics for a certain infection...

Pain is better.

Doctor took me off all heart meds. my resting rates are 55-62 now and it scares me.. never been that low..

will i go bradycardic after exercise? Should i be worried? i dont know.
i still feel concerned obsessed.

after rates dropped to sinus brady.. they ran a 12 lead EKG that showed normal.
he said he was not concerned about my heart. last thing id worry about. he said he has seen what my heart can do with 305bpm SVT..

strong heart but anxiety *****.

In the absence of symptoms of oxygen delivery (dizziness, head ache, sweating, ... must be others) I'd say a HR of around 60 is great.  I used to be there myself, when younger :)

The irregular beat is due to SVT, I assume.  It could be due to other problems, of course, my irregularity comes form Atrial Fibrillation, my heart rhythm problem.

Best, and hope you get out of the hospital soon!

P.S. I agree stopping BB and the HR goes down is strange, I would not expect it, still a HR of 50+ is good if you get the needed oxygen around your system.
