What to do?

Hi so this is going to be a little lengthy (I apologize)…

About two weeks ago, I noticed that I was getting extreme dizziness to the point I felt like I was passing out, but never actually did. I got extreme tunnel vision and felt like I was detached. At one point I even got confusion and had a hard time explaining things or following a train of thought. I went to the ER and had two separate ECGs done, blood work and an ultra-sound to rule out any possibilities. When they said it looked all clear, I was put on a holter monitor for 24 hours... Apparently the doctors say "nothing big or bad is happening to my body."

But that's not what it feels like. Fast forwards two weeks and the symptoms have not gone away. The tunnel vision is gone but I am still feeling dizzy and a burning sensation in my face like pins and needles. Almost like blood is rushing to my head but I can never get any relief. Also, I have a rapid heart beat and I am feeling extremely disconnected.

Any body have something similar and any advice on how to feel better??
