Arrythmias

I saw a Polish electropcardiophysiologist (cheaper and self funding).
Her report was in Polish, but some in English.  I am always feeling as
if the heart is shaking, vibrating, or missing beats, not beating normally.

I could not understand what she said, but this is some whats written on
Holter Monitor report, could someone explain what those means?
There were episodes of bracy at 45 bmp, written elsewhere.  Many thanks.

During 24 hours monitoring  rhythmus sinusalis 42-128/min. ( x-70/min.)
ExSV- 5/ 24 h and 1 triplet ExV- 1/24h
No ischaemic changes ST-T.

European medical terminology is very different from ours.  If you could find a Polish-speaking physiology teacher, you'd be in business, but failing that, you will probably have to go to an English-speaking doctor, which negates the money you saved.

I have no access to anyone to explain this, and that is the
reason I posted here.

From what I understood, I have SupraVentricular beats, 4 over a period
of 24 hours, and have no idea what 1 triple EX-V means?  Is that a ExtraVentricular beat?

First, your doctor is the best reliable source to explain this.  Here's what little I know or think I know:  the bracy 45 bpm is bradycardia, which as I understand it is anything under 50 bpm.  Mine is frequently in the 40's an apparent side effect of the amiodarone I am on to prevent afib. Ischemic changes are blockage related, I believe.  Good luck!
