ahh, good. Honestly I think that's the only actionable item you can make some impact on. The other stuff, not so much.
The sinus tach is almost always normal. If you were anxious during the test, that could sinus tach.
When the tachy happens try a valsalva maneuvur, see if that can put a stop to it.
If it does bother you enough, a cardiologist can get you setup on an event monitor too see what's up. If they are just seeing sinus tach though, the only treatment option is probably going to be a beta blocker. Best of luck and happy holidays!
I already know im pre diabetes. i need to diet which will be happening once the holidays are over i will be going strict.. keep an eye out for that
oops, messed that up

HDL 100?
Also, too much caffeine can drive your electrolyte levels down (i.e., potassium, magnesium, sodium).
I once heard a story about someone who told his doctor that he got PVCs when he crossed his legs. Doc told him to stop crossing his legs....
Stop drinking caffeine.
Was your glucose fasting? If it was, you're pre-diabetic. Spend your time focusing on that. The other pain you have could be digestion related, it can refer pain into such things as chest pressure, pain radiating up your left arm, neck, jaw. yea, sounds like a heart attack. That's what I went through for 10 years (in my 20s) until I figured out I can't have milk anymore. many tests and docs, I figured this out on my own after seeing a commercial for lactaid. I was disappointed in the medical system to say the least.
I really don't focus too much time on EKGs. If the doc didn't care enough to order further study, it's nothing. EKGs have a lot of false-positive results, and even more troubling a lot of false-negatives. EKGs are really easy and cheap. They are a gateway to more expensive and accurate tests. They're really good at catching advanced stuff, really bad at predicting the future.
If you answer yes to any of the 3 questions below, you have metabolic syndrome (pre-diabetic) and are at risk for type 2 diabetes.
