irregular rythm and skipped beats post ablation

I had catheter ablation 11 months ago and in the last 8 weeks or so I have noticed more frequently occuring runs of what feels like svt or possibly af with skipped beats. It's not the same as before the procedure as they tend to go on for longer. It's worse when I lay down and often starts when I lay on my right hand side, many other things can trigger it too such as certain foods and drinks. I'm just worried that the avnrt is coming back, or something else (I've heard it can cause af post procedure). I just want to know if anyone else has has similar experiences or if I should be worried. Thanks.

I had an ablation for avnrt about 5 years ago and have had continued to have premature beats afterwards.  I was having them before the ablation but was ignorant about what I was feeling so it feels to me like I am having more but I can't say for sure.  I had thousands of them the first couple years past my ablation now they are more in the 100s a day but some days are pretty quiet.  Stomach issues are a big trigger as well as caffeine, sugars becoming dehydrated and stress anxiety.  They aren't considered a danger in an otherwise healthy heart so I just ignore them.  This said are you feeling skips or tachycardia?  I get the premature beats in short runs and bigeminy patterns sometimes but it isn't a sustaining tachycardia.  If you feel it is tachycardia you may want to get an event monitor to catch what is happening to make sure it isn't your svt sticking around or afib.  Odds of afib are low but may be good to check to make sure.  Until then try to watch your stomach and avoid caffeine and see if it helps.  So I wouldn't worry but I would go and get it checked out just so you know what is going on.  Take care and hope you can get to the bottom of things.  Keep us posted on how you are doing.
