PVC's and Occasional Vibration Feeling

Hi, I am 32 year old/male, 6'3" 265lbs. I was having PVC's a lot a couple 2 years ago. Last year I went and had a full work up done. I had an EKG, Halter Monitor, Cardiolite Spect Stress Test, Chest X-ray, Heart Ultrasound and Blood work. After all of that I was diagnosed with a Right Bundle Branch Block and PVC's all coming back Benign. After all the testing I have had far less PVC's than I used to. But now I have a new issue along with the PVC's, it's like a vibration usually felt separately from the PVC itself. I also have been having an issue with having to clear my throat constantly due to post nasal drip, I have bad allergies in the winter months, not sure if this is all connected some how. I have been working out lately trying to shed some weight and get back to a healthier weight. The only other issue I have been having is feeling tired with brain fog. I am fine when I first wake up but about 3 hours later just feel like I could go back to sleep. Also, would like to note that I have no pain associated with any of the symptoms listed above, blood pressure is typically 125/82 and have mild anxiety.

Thank you all for your time and responses.
God Bless

Thank you for deleting the other posts...they were added in error...rookie mistake.

I do plan to see my Dr. the first of the year about my symptoms. Since they are causing me no pain and are just more of an annoyance I thought I would try and get some thoughts from other people who may have/be dealing with the same issue. The only other information that I can add is that I also have GERD but treated with Prilosec and haven't been having issues since.

As far as working out I do cardio 3 times a week riding my stationary bike and lift weights twice a week. Heart rate range is typically 144 when exercising. I haven't pushed myself past that yet since I am just getting back into it on a regular basis. My resting heart rate is typically 60 - 62. Thanks for the advice.

First I want to let you know I deleted your duplicate post on this subject.  If I did so in error, that is there are different somehow and I missed it, please accept my apology.. and add the any such information to this thread.

I don't have any experience with you specifics, but given you are young and you have been through a through check, it seems likely to me that your heart isn't the problem.  Still, changes in you health should be checked by a doctor.

On the "working out" be sure you are not starting up too fast, working harder than you should.  Watch you pulse rate when you are working out and my rule has always been if I am having problems getting enough air/breathing, I am working too hard regardless of how else I feel.
