finally starting to feel better. I didn't miss any work just still have the low heart beat of 45.
Thanks so much for all the help. I have a low grade fever and am I Z-Pac. It is helping me feel better.
Being sick can greatly affect your heart rate both ways, good luck
Thanks for the advice I am not sure about the cardiolgist yet. Waiting on test results from dr's. Also I have a upper respiratory infection does that have anything to do with it? Also dr told me I need more Calcium. I bought 2 bottles and now I taking them 2 times a day. I feel a little better and all.
A low heart rate isnt always a bad thing, mine stays around 40-45 during the day and sometimes drops in the 30's when I sleep. I am in pretty good shape andwork out 7 days a week, I also take some meds for an arrythmia. As long as your not feeling bad and its not affecting your life my doc says a low heart rate is actually a good thing. Let me say this my doc is a cardiologist and I have had and continue to have checkups that include strees tests, ekg's, sonograms, etc. If I were you I would go to a cardiologist and have them give you a full workup and let them determine if that rate is to low for you. It may have been that low before you got the upper respiratory thing.
