Trust the cardiologist and NOT the machine.
Left ventricular hypertrophy (an enlarged heart muscle as part of a disease) is very uncommon in young men. It's often seen in people with a sustained high blood pressure. Almost all young men have this EKG finding, and it's usually a false reading.
Regarding your "nonspecific intraventricular conduction delay" this is usually a normal variant.
Again, trust your cardiologist. As long as he told you that your EKG is normal, you will not have problems in your new job.
