Ergometry Test

Hi! I've just done an ergomertry test (Treadmill stress test). I'm 18 and I use Tyrez (bisoprolol)
My results are:
The patient exercised according to the BRUCE for 6:13 minutes, achieving a work level of max. METS: 7.60. The resting heart rate of 114 bpm rose to a maximal heart rate of 184 bpm. This value represents 91% of the maximal, age predicted heart rate. The resting blood pressure of 127/72 mmHg, rose to a maximum blood pressure of 143/76 mmHg. The exercise test was stopped due to a Target heart rate achieved.

I wasn't allowed to play any competative sports and do a long runs. Is this a normal test result? Can I play sports?
Thank you, Ela

This advice needs to come from your cardiologist  The determination needs to be made in light of factors you've not posted.
