Feeling an abnormal beating after meals and also while doing anything physical

Approximately two years ago I had a very bad panic attack the first one I’ve ever had actually. Following that panic attack was accompanied by heavy beats starting from my abdomen up to my heart these heavy beats would come After Eating and due to these heavy beats I was giving myself  more and more panic attacks I went to my first doctor in April of 2016 And it was ruled out after normal EKG to be anxiety and I was put on anti-Anxiety  medication. In November 2016 the beats were more consistent and harder which was bringing my pulse all the way up to about one 2125 and once again because of this panic attacks would happen and raise my beats per minute higher than that  my second doctor I went to see put me on Zoloft which really didn’t do nothing for me I then went to go see a cardiologist who put me on a Holter monitor for a few days and determined that I had when he called 17,000 episodes which  can be treated with a beta blocker now my normal Usually ranges from 130 to 135/85/90  The only thing that would subside  my symptoms was when I take  Ambien to sleep once I took my Ambien everything went away. There would be some days where the beating was worse than others So bad that right after I would eat I would feel the pounding in my abdomen up to my chest and even through my body head in particular. After having a few doctors tell me it’s anxiety and to go on Xanax or Zoloft or any other medication that will controlling anxiety I thought to myself I know I’m not going crazy I know this is not anxiety I’ve never had anxiety before so I know that something is actually happening I need to get to the bottom of this now over the past couple of weeks it has gotten worse to the point where I’m afraid to eat because once I do I get the pounding in my abdomen in my chest and my head and I get cold hands and cold feet that are sweaty and I start to feel pretty weak  I am going to see a new doctor on Friday and really try and figure out what the problem could be the only doctor I have not seen is a gastroenterologist and I think that may be where the problem lies because it’s every time I eat and now also every time I do anything physical I get the heavy beating in my chest I can’t even run down the street anymore without my heart pounding and feeling like it’s going to pop out of my chest. And to add a little sidenote What might help coming up with a solution to this problem is that before my first panic attack started which started the heart palpitations and beatings after I eat is a year prior I was having very bad stomach problems pains gas nausea and went to see a gastroenterologist and have a  what might help coming up with a solution to this problem is that before my first panic attack started which started the heart palpitations and beatings after I eat is a year prior I was having very bad stomach problems Payne’s gas nausea and went to see a gastroenterologist and  had an endoscopy which I was told that everything looked fine Now mind you that was three years ago when year before the beating started when I eat.  I think what scares me now the most is that this past week I have had after every meal my feet getting cold and sweaty my hands getting cold and sweaty and getting weak. I really would appreciate some kind of insight as to what could be wrong because as of right now it seems like three physicians  that I’ve seen I have not really been able to tell me what I wanted to hear.
