Hi jerry,
I take a magnesium supplement from healthspan 300 mg pure magnesium supplement which also has vit b's, biotin and vit c added in small amounts.
I also have my BP now under control so that mustmake a difference,

What form of Magnesium and amount do you take?
I have been taking the (the least effective/cost) Magnesium Oxide. I take one 400 mg per day. I think I may get about 80 mg out of the process, which should help. I can take more tablets, but so far am playing it "safe" with a low dose.
I do not detect any reduction in my AFib.
I am 66 and take atenolol 25mg, water pill small dose and a 75mg aspirin. I have high blood pressure under control and have irregular heartbeats. I was advised to take magnesium to help the irregular heartbeat and have done for the last 3 month with really good effect. Magnesium is a mineral which we quite often do not have enough in our food and I just take a one a day supplement pill.
Hope this helps

Unfortunately we humans tend to develop heart rhyth irregularities as be to into 60+ years of age.
I don't know most of the medication you are on, but there is a bunch of them. Is there an anticoagulant in the list?
I'm not saying I think you should be on a hard anticoagulant, like coumadin, but an aspirin a day might be a good idea to lower the risk of blood clot formation due to the driver of your irregularity...sounds suspiciously like atrial fibrillation, an aliment that comes and goes in many people. I have it full-time, or permanent, myself. I take a beta blocker (metoprolol) to keep my ventricle heart rate below 100 at rest, it also lowers blood pressure, so I suppose at least one of your medications is a BB. The BB doesn't stop my irregular HB, it just keeps the rate under "control".
