Heart monitor

Wearing a heart monitor now.  Burping excessively and wondering if that will effect results.  My doctor's office said no but I am still worried.

When I had a 7 day monitor in place I was still going to the gym and doing my full work out without difficulties caused for the monitoring.

Don't worry about it.

I know if you wiggle a lot it can affect the reading. But it's mostly tracking the electrical activity of the heart and burps are not electric. :-)  They're pretty good at recognizing artifacts (non-heart related blips).
