Is it v-tach?

Hi all,
I'm 31 female and I've had an echo stress test and holter.
All showed a few PACs and PVCS. Echo normal.
I do experience the odd ectopic beat which I can feel.
However a few times I go to lay down in bed and I feel a number of strong thuds and I feel my pulse and it feels quite irregular. The thuds feel like those extra forced beats but there's more than 1. If I get up or move, they stop. It brings on anxiety and I feel like I lose my breath for a split sec like I do with ectopic beats.
Could this be a run of v-tach? Is this what it feels like? As I said if I move and get up it settles.
Should I be worried about this?
They come about when I'm feeling more anxious too, I've been feeling more anxious about my heart lately as I don't know what's going on

Thanks.
I do get them more the day after I've had a lot of coke and chocolate and I've been anxious.
I'm seeing my cardiologist today so l see what he says. I don't get them that frequently so I don't particularly want to go on meds if I don't have too

The only way to tell for sure is to get it caught on a monitor but it very likely is just a bunch of them close together but not necessarily in a row.  You can try coughing and see if that helps break up the pattern though it sounds like if you get up it stops so you can do that as well.  Try to manage any stomach issues you may have, avoid caffeine and do your best to work on your stress and anxiety.  It may not completely eliminate your ectopic activity but it should help them calm down.  The fact you had a normal echo means that whatever it is, even if you do have runs of ectopics, they are essentially not a threat to you.  This said, if you notice that it continues to get worse even after trying to manage the big triggers then go back to your doctor and see if you can get a longer term monitor to catch your concerning episodes.  In general though it doesn't sound like there is too much to be concerned about with the clean echo but maybe talking to the doctor can help ease your mind about things.  I hope things calm down for you and you feel better soon.  take care.
