I think i have something wrong with me

Im 17 years old, 5'11 and I do a lot of running and Personal training. My normal resting heart rate is between 50-55bpm, but today when i measured it at school it was racing and it jumped up to 63bpm. I am really worried that there is something seriously wrong with me. Ive never felt my heart do that before. Can someone help me, should go to hospital?

I've also been getting more palpitations recently. When I was well I used to get one a month but now I nearly get 1 or 2 everyday.

Over training can cause the heart tissue to thicken and heart rhythm issues.  If that is the case, you don't want to suddenly drop your training as that also risk Afib.  You may need to detrain gradually to a level that is optimal for you.  Everyone has their individual optimal.  There is a TED talk by an endurance athlete that also happens to be a cardiologist that talks about this.  I will go and find it and post a link.

63. But sometimes when I stand from sitting too long it  can jump from 50's to 100's.Well I saw a cardiologist a few months ago they detected an innocent heart murmur. I had stopped running for awhile and apparently there is no heart murmur anymore which I find strange. Im just scared because whenever I exercise I get chestpains and feel light headed. I also get belching and heart pounding in the chest and neck.
I was diagnosed with gastritis aswell due to anxiety but I can go months anxiety free and not be able to get rid of the bloating feelings.

Stomach issues can definitely have in impact on your heart.  Your rate is not out of line so it is possible that you just became deconditioned.  If you got into a more regular cardio routine the chest pains would like subside.  Just try to not over do it too quickly.  And try to address the gastritis and see if that helps.

Are you sure it was just 63 or did you mean 163?  A change from 50s to 60s is not a big deal.  If you however notice a sudden drastic change within what feels like one beat it could be an svt.  A  racing heart beat that starts and stops suddenly may be an svt but the only way to know for sure is to catch it on a monitor. This can be hard to do if it doesn't happen often but you should still see a doctor and tell them what is going on so you can get checked out.  There are other things that can cause the heart to act up like simple dehydration, a diet high in sugar and carbohydrates, too much caffeine, stomach issues like acid reflux or health issues related to the thyroid or anxiety or even just the flu.  If you notice that this continues then do go and see a doctor for a proper physical and to have your heart checked out.  Take care and keep us posted on how you are doing.
