Is it possible

Is it possible that my brain is not getting enough blood when I have a heart palpitation?   Is this why I could feel light headed?  Am I just going crazy? Please help!!

It is possible that an irregular heartbeat can cause the blood to not pump efficiently, consequently, not enough blood is supplied to your brain.  That usually causes syncope.
You should talk to your doctor or cardiologist about this.

Sometimes, a wave of panic due to the sensations of skipped beats will cause blood pressure to fall briefly--and that can make a person feel faint.
