Its hard to say. However, I do recall a time when running made my heart rhythm better. I noticed that at the begining of the running season I would see a couple of espisodes, but that after I began to get in shape, the episodes stopped. I think it has something to do with the tonality of your heart.
The fact that you are never out of breath is probably due to your age. I read that exercise capacity is quite good at 22; where as in later years it is harder to predict, but generally not as good. I am over twice your age and if I slow down a bit, i am never out of breath either. It's a really good feeling.
Yea I go up stairs and stuff I don't have a problem that's why I think it's not major. Because you hear people with heart problems are out of breath and stuff. And my family history is good no heart problems and I never had any problems in till now. I think it could be stress to but I don't feel under any stress. Thanks
Sounds like pacs or pvcs, usually benign, but the only way to know for sure is to catch it on a monitor.
This morning Its not really doing it. I only felt it once and that was it
pacs or pvcs usually come and go and usually are benign. If you get lightheaded or faint you will need to see a cardiologist for sure. Not all heart stuff cause breathlessness--
I never had that happen. Myeloid pressure is great too.
My blood pressure I mean. And it did it a couple times today. But not as much as the past couple of days.
I just came back from a run and my heart is beating strong no flutters.
