My heart rate is normal?

Hello!
My age is 27yrs Male and weight is 75kg,I have a tendency of High Blood pressure measured 140/90 by the doctor and he prescribed a medicine named starpress XL 50.This happened 4 months ago since then I am taking the medicine.
For past 1 or 2 days I feel mild aching on right side of my shoulder and right side between stomach and chest.It was not uncomfortable though and I was not feeling the pain unless I bend down/up.Luckily I cannot feel the pain from today.Is it related to my heart?
I also want to know the heart rate I am measuring is normal or not,
Heart rate just after I wake up 55-56bpm
While taking breakfast is 62 bpm
After a fast walking and taking stairs of a 4 storey building 103 bpm after 2 minutes,it came down to 85bpm
most of the time in a day the avg heart rate remains 69 bpm

**After taking lunch if I take rest,heart rate goes upto 78 bpm if I work it goes upto 94 bpm and it takes an hour or two to come down.

I am still taking starpress XL 50,last time (around 15 days ago) I measured my BP was 130/80.
Is my heart rate  normal? Can I measure my BP through heart rate as well?

Between 60 and 90 heart rate is considered normal.  I wonder why your heart rate goes up when you are resting?  It seems it would be the opposite.  You might want to discuss that with your doctor, as well as your bp as Jerry suggested.  Good luck.

You heart rates look very good to me, your blood pressure is still a bit high.  I suggest you discuss your symptoms and the effectiveness of your BP meds with your doctor.
