Onset of weird palpitations for the past year....

Hi, this is my first time to post in this community (I have actually tried to post before but for some reason I don’t think it showed up here).  I am new to this site & just happened up on it through a google search.  I have been having what feels like skipped beats in my throat for the past year.  I have since learned they are more than likely extra beats rather than skipped beats.  I have had several EKGs, an echo & have also worn a 24 hr holter on 2 different occasions.  All of which have came back “normal”.  I just cannot seem to get peace with having these scary sensations bc I haven’t always had them.  I’ve suffered from anxiety for YEARS.  The past 15 years it has been more in the form of health anxiety.  The smallest thing that feels off (not just regarding my heart) can set me into a whirlwind of “what ifs”.  So, these extra beats have really freaked me out to say the least.  To the point of I feel depressed bc I am terrified to exercise or to go anywhere much bc I worry I will experience these & just fall over dead!!  I wake up most mornings worried sick about how the day will be & how I will feel.  I also have been having spells of muscle weakness.  Sometimes it will feel as though my heart is vibrating & I will feel weak in my arms & legs.  I also yawn A LOT for no apparent reason.  I experience a “dropping” sensation in my chest often.  It feels like I have been scared but I obviously haven’t been.  I have recently been to a Cardiologist & have had blood work done that all came back within normal range.  I had a plain stress test this morning & did really well until I got off.  When I got home I felt extremely weak in my knees & I had to sit down for about 30 minutes.  I am awaiting a 30 day event monitor to arrive in the mail to hopefully catch these extra beats.  I go through spells where I have days that I have very many & then some days I have only a few.  So, the times I have had EKGs & worn the 24 hr monitors, I haven’t had a “bad” day.  I just don’t understand why I have never experienced these with my anxiety until the past year???  Is there anyone who has experienced similar issues?  My heart has always been perfectly healthy that I know of so it’s just so unnerving to all of a sudden start having these issues.  They are very scary.  Any advice or input would be greatly appreciated!!  My apologies for the length of this post....

No worries, if the heart is structurally normal. These are just symptoms. Manage your anxiety and extra beats will decrease. I guarantee.
