PACs underwater. Why?

Hi,

I'm a 22 years old men who had an ablation for Flutter Atrial on December 2006. Everything went well and I was cured. I kept having PACs that wouldn't give me peace, and because of that I used to write on this forum looking for support. Until the day the PACs didn't bothered me anymore and their presence were absolutely irrelevant.

But now, at 2009, I'm worried again. I don't think anything strange or peculiar is happening, so I'm not sure why I'm worrying about it again. Maybe because my life is nice now and I'm afraid my heart could ruin it again.

Anyway, the fact is that I'm having more PACs, and they are happening UNDER water, when I'm in the swimming pool. Why?? I exercise a lot, I don't want stop swimming. The pressure of the water over my chest can cause PACs?Can anyone relate to that? That *****.

I am not expert on the breathing, but I do know there are some recommended breathing exercises to stop arrhythmia attacks, I don't remember which or the specifics of the breathing exercises...to the point, yes I think breathing and pressure on the chest can be a stimulation for an existing condition.  I don't believe there is any relationship between swimming or other controlled breathing work-outs that will cause arrhythmia.

More specifically: I have PAC when I take a deep breath with my BODY underwater, not my head. I don't know, I guess the water pressure over my chest can trigger them?

Sorry to insist, but doesn't anyone realte to that?

I was swimming today and it happened again. My body is underwater and the PAC come specially at the beginning of the swimming. It also seems realted to my breathing: when I take a deep breath underwater, I will NECESSERILY have PAC.
