I am 25 and a healthy individual, no health conditions, I exercise 3 to 4 days a week. I have recently started have chest discomfit and PVCs..... I'm a Paramedic, and have monitored my rhythm, I'm having PVCS every 30 seconds, my P to QRS complesx is 0.08, two small boxes! I have been in for a stress test and x ray, all came back normal! I have recently been diagnosed with Celiacs disease, I have eliminated a lot of toxins from my diet, eating all organic, no caffeine, I do drink red wine! what could be the trigger here?? what should I do to try and eliminate the anxiety and PVCS?? it scary when it happens, I'm dizzy the majority of the day! I should not be experiencing ANY chest discomfort! will this ever go away?
