It sounds like something else may be going on which hopefully your dr can yield some answers but don't get yourself upset over it too much - the stress of worrying will only make it worse.
I'm still searching for answers to my problems with exercise intolerance; I have a PM/ICD and sometimes exertion or exercise knocks me out (literally) and other times I have no problems. Pvc's during exercise normally aren't a problem in a healthy structurally normal system - it's best to bring this up to your dr and make sure in your case it's ok.
Can you call and get an appt earlier? Make sure you write down everything you've listed here and ask specific questions about each thing and then write down what he tells you so you can research it. You can also keep a journal with dates, times symptoms so you can show your doctor.
It may be that they just need to reset your PM some; they've tweaked mine a few times, and it's still not 100%. If you're not on any meds, they may want to add something to help stabilize your HR a bit better depending on your situation.
Well in general regardless of your heart health, if you have PVC's exercise poses a slight increased risk of developing VT during the exercise. That is of course if you are having the PVC's during the exercise. Although the increased risk is slight and generally thought to be of little clinical significance. I hope the doctor can help you with your problems.
NSVT/VT...is usually not concerning in a normal healthy heart but because you have some possible Left Ventricular porblems and a slightly low EF, this is going to be something you will need to talk about with your doctor. I am not sure about the heart rate drops, I would think that your pacemaker would pace you up to a normal rhythm when this happens, but I am not completely familar with pacemakers....Hello Lisa, maybe you can help??? Feeling like you are going to collapse is def. not normal so I would try to stay calm until you doctors appt and mybe that will ease your mind. I wish I could help more an d I really do understand the feelings of fear and waiting, thats the worst part! I hope you feel better and please let us know what your doctor says!
