I've had the ablation in Aug of last year.. I dont get the palpitations anymore but I still get the pain and bad dizzy spells and crazy amounts of PVC's I'm on meds for stress but they dont work and they wont let me go back to work due to being a hazard. I cant prove that I'm ill cause all the tests are normal.. Sometimes it's not all about luck or faith. I have a EEG coming up in a few weeks, you get to a point where your hoping they find something so you know and they know that there is something wrong with you that needs to be treated.

I have a lot of PVCs too. Had them off and on all my life and sometimes they come after every beat and then I had them every beat for twenty seconds. My cardio says it's benign, but it scares me and does nothing for my anxiety. Lately I been experiencing chest pain in short bursts. Don't know if its from the PVCs. In the past then simply go away by themselves but at my age they many not. I'm on my second 21 day event monitor in two months. I'm told he's trying to record a palpitations I had that ran 136bpm. All I can say is hang in and have faith. Above all, try to relax (easier said than done) and consider an ablation. Good luck.
Mine do, I'm 33 and their messing my life up pretty good these days.. The killer thing is that they wont do anything about them, were told to live with it..
<<Have PVC's and PAC's not as many as most on this fourm, but I still have a few. They were picked up on a 48 hour HM. Currently I am on a 21 day version of this. I have never been awoke by such a event, but I do have them. And my gosh it has opened a whole new world of worry and anxiety. From pulse checking 200 times a day (ok i over counted this a tad) to checking my BP and HR at the local CVS 2-3 times a week.
So for me it is safe to say, "These PVC's and PAC's Do Affect your day to day life".
PS: Did I forget to mention the 1000's of websites I go to, trying to diagnose myself...ugggg.
I have every other beat a PVC and yes they suck, I've been to 3 cardo docs that think it's ok to live like this.. I know their painful but as of now there's nothing they can do about them..I get alot of attack and get very dizzy a numb when it happends so they've pulled me out of work until they can think of something, I dont think their trying that hard..You just have to stick in there, dont let it take over your life like it has with me, if you can handle it and continue to work and leave the house safely keep trucking. The plus thing is, you know you wont die from it... Just got to keep remembering that..
Good luck
