Pvcs and eating??

I am almost convinced that my Pvcs are somehow related to eating. Anyone feel the same way? I am going to back to the cardiologist next week to discuss this with him and possibly more tests. I am not sure what else they can test for since everything else came back normal (ekg, echo, and event monitor) I just want to enjoy the rest of this pregnancy without worrying about these hurting the baby or myself. Ughhh!

I was warned about eating a big meal.  I, too, noticed that my arrythmias frequently seem to related to gastrointestinal irratation.  My primary care doc says the vegas nerve runs alongside the heart and if it is irriatated, it can cause heart issues.  Your pregnancy might be triggering your pvcs.  I had terrible heartburn during pregnancy, as I was shortwaisted and there wasn't a lot of room with everything pushing up.  I take Prevacid 30 mg. in the morning and it seems to quiet things down.  The last time I was having problems, I had gone off the Prevacid.  I don't know if it's okay during pregnancy, but it might be worth discussing with your doctor.  Good luck.

I noticed eating too much would bring them on for sure. I am on day 3 of having such a huge break from them! Thank you God!  Chocolate is a  no-no, along with other caffeine.
Itdood just mentioned in one of his posts (I think it was him) that sugar and carbs can make them worse. How exciting you are having a baby! Do try to not stress over them, and congratulaions! Oooh such fun for you!
