Question on holter results

No one explained anything to me about my test results so here they are if any one knows what it means.

102 ventricular ectopic all of which were single, 36 supra-ventricular ectopic all of which were single. there was a pause of 1.5 seconds which was the longest pause.

The underlying rhythm is a normal sinus rhythm with an average heart rate of 86, minimum of 61, and maximum of 133.

Do I have PVC or what ever is it something that will never go away, does it raise any risk to the heart?

I would call my doctor and insist that they go over the test results with you. You need to find out what may be causing the pvc`s and pac`s. In a lot of cases simple changes in life style and diet can all but stop them.

102 ventricular ectopics or PVCs, in a 24 hours period.  I can top that in 30 minutes on some days.  Same with the 36 supra-ventricular extopics, or PACs.

That's not much of a pause.

BPM looks good too.  You should be happy with these results.

No one can tell you if they will ever go away or get worse over time.  If they bother you, research on ways to reduce PVCs/PACs.
