SVT?
hi, im a 17 year old male
always been healthy
2 years ago i got a really bad flu and it put me down for a couple of months. from then on i became really weak and i noticed my heart beating. Back then it wast anything sever. A year later i started using Fat burners, that had caffeine and other stimulants in it. All my friends were using it as well. After 3 weeks of using it i got good results. side effects were heart palpitations and high blood pressure due to the caffeine and stimulants. In the summer i got a stomach flu and the symptoms were extreme die rhea and tachycardia. I saw a cardiologist he did ECGS and holtor monitors and said it was normal. But my heart was beating so fast and strong. Anyways he gave me some beta blockers. the summer after that i took fat burners again, this time it was stronger more caffeine. And i only took it for 2 weeks, one day at the gym i did cardio and then when i stepped off the treadmill my heart rate jumped from 120 to 155 and it was beating so fast and heavy so i went to the hospital and they said it was high but still normal rhythm no arrhythmic. Ive seen 5 specialist and they all said the tests were normal echo, ekg, holter monitors. all normal. They said it can** be SVT, but we need to catch the episode and record it while its happening. Now is SVT an everyday thing? or does it come than go? because my symptoms are: hard beat constant 24/7, tachycardia when standing up, or suddenly running or jumping, any sudden movement my heart beats harder and faster. I get tired easily, and this has stopped me from working out. My symptoms get worse after eating!! or before bowl movements , or when i have to use the bathroom. is there any condition that the stomach or intestines get infected and effects the heart? or can it be due to the stimulants in the fat burner? what can i do?

Its been 1 year i have stopped using them. I thought the side effects would stop. Buyt my doctor said he doesnt think th efat burners can do this, and if they did they should of stopped awhile ago. Unless I got SVT. But all my tests were normal. I read someone saying that you can have Parasites infection and get heart palps. is it true? and also i did a CT scan of MY head and it showed a 3mm Micro Adenoma in the pituitary gland. My doctor also said that doesnt cause symptoms like this, all my blood work was normal.

If you truly want to damage your heart my friend keep putting that garbage into your body. Your body is talking to you everytime you take that stuff and your heart is responding to it and trust me there is no one on this earth that should be taking anything that strains and hurts the heart like fat burners of any type. You are at such a young age and you don't want to keep taking something that is hurting you like this...it makes no sense at all whether your friends take it or not. I would google out the reviews of it and add the words "heart problems" and see what pops up. It would be a real tragedy if at seventeen years old you have a stroke because you are taking something that really is not good for your body. You are getting all sorts of warning signs...the crazy pulse rate the high blood pressure...unless you want your parents to have to feed you every nite with a bib on while you drool you need to seriously stop taking this stuff. This is a very serious situation and having had years in the medical field i could tell you stories that would break your heart from young people doing what you are doing and now cannot function normally on their own and have no chance what so ever for an independent life out there....just please consider flushing these things my friend...obviously if you have come to this site you have some concerns and worries and sound like a super intelligent person...so listen to your heart...listen to your body....we only have one shot at this life....sorry if i am tough on you but you are playing Russian Roulette with your life.....
