Hello,
For the past 2-3 weeks I've been having some strange feelings in my heart paired with an unusually strong heartbeat, and awareness of how my heart is beating. I thought nothing of it until one night it got unusually uncomfortable and I put my hand to my heart, and felt what seemed to be one extra heart beat. I googled these symptoms and got a lot of answers - some claiming it's just a phase my heart will go through, and others telling me I could have a stroke/heart attack. I'll lay out my symptoms and general health info below.
Health info:
Height: 5' 9"
Weight: 128 lb
Resting pulse: 50-55bpm
Symptoms:
Unusually strong heartbeat (a feeling of pounding against my chest - beats so hard you can see the skin around my heart lower and rise in synch with it)
Extra heartbeat (a strange sensation that arises whenever I feel an extra beat, followed by a pause in which it feels like the heart doesn't beat)
(presumably) Low blood pressure (when standing up, I feel really lightheaded and a lot of time I see black in the corners of my vision. Sometimes it gets so bad I'm temporarily blind for a couple of seconds. I have not fainted yet. According to a number of reliable sources this means I have an abnormally low blood pressure for my height and weight)
I have used an app on my phone that detects abnormalities in my heart rhythm, and in a heart rate graph I saw that when I felt the sensation, and the extra pulse, there was a sort of forced 'mini heartbeat' on the graph (image below).
As I cannot upload images directly, I'll just link the images below (sorry for the bad quality - these are pictures taken with my computer camera of my phone screen. I could import them if someone would like a better quality, but I think these serve the purpose for the time being)

I have never had any heart problems. I can't say I have the best immune system, but I doubt that relates in any way. I get 2 hours of exercise 4 days per week, plus any spontaneous sporty activity I decide to do. I have a balanced diet. I eat fruits, vegetables, meats, etc... in addition to the occasional treat.
Thanks.
