If the symptoms are causing too much trouble (too much means you are having trouble living your life with the symptoms), then you should talk with you doctor about the level of discomfort you are having and see is there is some medication that will give you some relief.
From what I understand there is no evidence that you are in danger, and if you can somehow manage the symptoms while living your life, that may be the best strategy.

I don't follow the "before" on ECG and treadmill. Before you developed the current experience with skipped heart beats? If this is the case it sounds like you have a good reason to talk with you doctor about the skips.
