Just a general question, if your heart rate was that high, how long would it actually take to have a negative effect on your heart?
Ya I think the weakness this has to do with changing from a laying to a standing position too quickly. Its weird but its happens to me before. Unfortunately I don't remember what spooked me out of bed
Come to think of it. I might have just gotten out of bed too quickly. I think the weird feeling threw me off and sent me into a panic attack
That happens to me all the time. Spooked outta bed will get your heart racing every time. I usually get that plus my usual PACand PVC when I get woken up that way.
Here is something weird. I was sleeping for maybe an hour and I suddenly got spooked out of bed. I jumped up and my legs felt weak. My heart was pounding and it was a regular rythem. Not sure what the heck is going on
Thank you. Its kind of rediculus that my primary care doctor, whom I have not seen yet, told me to go to the er in a few hours if it does not go down. I mean, if its normal, why waste my time at that placd
It's not dangerous. Your heart can handle that rate no problem. The doctors really wouldn't give it a second thought. I would say try to drink a lot of water today and see if that helps. You may a be a bit dehydrated from being sick.
Hmm is it normal to have my hr teetering around 100 for several hours tho?
Thank you. For a while there I thought it was the laxative that was doing it to me. But my heart rate was at about 105 or 110 for a few hours. I just bundled up for work it was 92.
Yes, being sick regardless if I take and meds or not seems to elevate my heart rate. Having the dry heaves can definitely set off ectopics for me. Hope you feel better soon.
