Thank u very much for showing ur concern and sympathy.God bless u.
I assume your very limited physical capacity is new, just started.
See a doctor, and be prepared to say what you mean by "unstable breathing", I have no idea what that means.
Unstable heart beats is also too general for me to relate to any of the heart rhythm symptoms I am familiar with.
I'm so sorry!!!
I misread your post, I thought it said "unstable angina pectoris"!
Anyway, you should probably see your doctor regarding your breathing.
If you do have unstable angina (diagnosed with this), you should see your doctor immediately. In my country, UAP is treated similar to a heart attack (a so-called NSTEMI).
If you haven't been diagnosed, and your only symptom is unstable breathing (not completely sure what this means, are you short of breath or do you just breathe irregularily?) you should get a complete examination of your heart and lungs. Tests may be:
- EKG
- Stress test
- Ultrasound of the heart
- Chest X-ray or maybe a CT of the lungs.
Anyway, you should see a doctor. This doesn't sound normal to me, and none of us can provide a diagnosis (there are no doctors here).
