Very Slow Heart rate

Hello, I'm 36 old man. a few weeks ago I wake up from sleep and felt there is something wrong with my heart beat. I counted my heart rate and it was 50bpm. I had a  sense of panic that my heart will stop soon. the day after I went to see a hear specialist. he took many tests(mostly because I did insist), electrocardiogram, echocardiography and exercise test(the test that you run on a treadmill and computer records electrocardiogram). he said everything is alright and there is nothing to worry. he said your heart can go down to 50bpm normally. my usual hear rate is a about 75  . I am not an athlete but when I do exercise can  go up to 180 without  any problem. sometimes I use Omeprazole(for GERD) and I mention that in the specialist office and he said nothing is wrong with that. also my blood pressure was normal.
he gave me some pills for stress which I did not use(doctor also said that they are not necessary)

tonight I again had the same experience. my heart rate is again 50bpm when I type this. I think there is a problem somewhere , I never had such problems before. any idea ? can it be due to pills ? tonight and the night that I went to doctor both I had used omeprazole.
other nights I use omeprazole without such symptoms.
any idea , what I should do ?

Hello, I read your post a couple of times now, I really can't find anything uncommon there. You're extremely well tested, so your heart is fine!

I wake up with heart rate 45-50 every day, and I'm no athlete. I would guess 50-55 is your resting heart rate (at complete rest) and the 75 you measure is with (known and unknown) stress during the day.

Omeprazole should not slow heart rate as far as I know.

Did you have symptoms of the slow heart rate by the way? If not, don't think about it.
