Very scared....

hi
lately i have noticed that most of the time when i stand up or sit down it feels as though my heart goes into an abnormal rythm. it feels kinda weird. i dont think its fast, but usually i am not checking how fast my heart is going.

okay i need some experienced people.... what is this?? could it be serious or just something to do with the way the heart pumps blood?? please, any help would be appreciated. and has anyone ever felt something like this before??

thanks again

Well, when you stand up, of course blood pressure does go up that is normal, so, I would say that the heart also would pump a little harder at first too. When you sit down, your body starts to relax, so, maybe you are noticing the change in rhythm.

I do know that when we are super stressed about our hearts, we will notice EVERY little thing that goes on, even if it is normal.

Hope this is of some help.
