Sorry..it's been six months since I had it and I put on seven pounds. I really haven't changed my eating and still work out although not with much vigor as I used to. I was pretty thin and had a very stressful year and also had a bad bike accident that caused me to not be able to work out as hard about three weeks before the ablation. Been working through some anxieties and fear issues and noticed that I was getting a little heavier. I posted a lengthy explanation about the accident. It seems that everything kind of went bad for awhile. Happily I'm back to good physical and mental health but this weight thing has me baffled.  Any thoughts?

What you described is not related to the ablation.  You should be good to go as far as getting back into your normal exercise routine unless your ablation did not get you back into normal sinus rhythm.  Ablation with irrigated catheters can add water weight immediately after a procedure and that is not the situation for you.  I would focus on calorie intake, exercise and relaxation.
Thanks for the advice
. Take care

Before someone answers, can you clarify a bit as to whether you are talking about immediate after the procedure or something that is happening months afterwards?
