What do my holter monitor results mean?

Hello,
I'm a 25 yo female otherwise healthy who experiences palpitations and tachycardia episodes occasionally. I have now had 3 episodes of tachycardia, two in 2013, and one that lasted over 2 hours in December. This prompted me to go to the doc to make sure things were ok. He ordered a 48 he holter and an echo. The echo came back as normal, the holter showed the following:
Normal sinus rhythm
No PVCs
1128 PACs with one 11 beat slow salvo with a heart rate in the 90s
Mean heart rate 72
Range 49-132
No sinus pauses longer than 1.3 seconds

The times I indicated I had a palpitation were apparently not abnormal.

The doctor who ordered these tests has now referred me back to cardiology for them to analyze and determine if I need more testing. He said he would not have referred me just for the 1100 isolated PACs, but it is because of the one 11 beat stretch I had of them. I am having a hard time finding out what a slow salvo means.. I understood the doctor as indicating these 11 beats were all PACs, but a few searches mention salvo and ventricular tachycardia. Can anyone determine if these 11 beats were VT or SVT? I am trying to stay relaxed about this news, but the possibility of ventricular tachycardia is much scarier than SVT from my reading.

Also, does anyone have suggestions to minimize these arrhythmias? I am not super bothered by my heart, I have always felt palpitations daily since I was a child, but nothing too outrageous. It sounds like others are aware of every time they have a PAC or PVC, but I clearly am now. I have cut my caffeine in half and think I will start taking magnesium supplements. Also will try to manage stress, but abnormal heart results don't settle well with me..

1. Forget the word Salvo exists, that is a very high burden of PAC's with SVT. Ablation is the treatment of choice.

2. Do NOT take Magnesium!!!! I wish I could meet whoever perpetuated this practice. Your problem has nothong to do with magnesium, and magnesium could make it worse.

Is it a lot of PACs, ~550 per day? It sounds like a lot to me, but others report thousands per day.
It's alot yes. Over 30 per hour is alot.

That means 770 per day is a good cutoff.
Oops I gotta admit.. I made a mistake! I didn't se '48 hour' holter. I thought you had a 24.

550 per day is still high but not something to stress over. 770 is the number thats been proposed to indicate serious issues down the line.
