PVC's ...not again...

I'm sure this has been discussed many times but I just need to talk this out.

Had several PVC's years ago and just this year I started having them again. Get that weird feeling in my chest and the flutters start. I just have a hard time not paying attention to it. It stops me in my tracks and just like many of you I think something bad will happen. I also think these are related to anxiety and caffeine. I try not to have caffeine at all but if I do, they start almost immediately.

Had a holter monitor and an echo years ago but my GP tells me all the time (just saw him) it is nothing to worry about. Should I go to a cardiologist and go through a full check again??

pacperson, just 2 posts above you, only an hour ago posted a link to a simple but *Excellent* little article on PVCs by a heart doc:

http://www.drjohnm.org/2015/02/a-new-way-to-think-about-curing-atrial-fibrillation/

As I mentioned in my response up there, this short, helpful piece should almost be required reading for those with PVCs.

If it were me, I would probably not get checked again.    Then again, I would do anything to only get "several" PVCs.  I've gotten them 6,000+ per day on occasions, felt ever one of them like a mule kicking me in the chest.  As you might imagine yes I was very desperate.   these days, dozens per day are a good day.
